Silbert Realty & Management Company Achieves 100% Occupancy at Bernardsville's Premier Shopping Center

Bernardsville, NJ – Brian S. Silbert, President and CEO of Silbert Realty and Management Company, proudly announces the successful repositioning and full lease-up of Bernardsville Centre, an 89,000-square-foot shopping center located in the heart of Somerset County.

This milestone achievement was highlighted by the strategic repositioning of the former longtime King’s Supermarket anchor. Silbert spearheaded an innovative redevelopment plan, dividing the expansive footprint to meet evolving market demands while addressing inherent constraints. The transformation was completed with the addition of a new 17,000-square-foot anchor, Ace Hardware, considered the premier home improvement retailer. Ace Hardware places an emphasis on a neighborhood-focused approach and was established in 1970 by the Costello family of Long Island. The new retail store will serve Bernardsville and the surrounding municipalities.

Additionally, Wells Fargo Bank will occupy a newly demised 3,200-square-foot space, with its consumer bank branch set to open in February 2025. The remaining space will welcome a high-end butcher shop, bringing a unique gourmet offering to the Bernardsville area. These new additions complete the roster of exceptional tenants.
