Bridgewater Township’s former 100 acre Camp Cromwell property sold for open space!

As exclusive disposition agent on behalf of Boys Club of NY, SRM is pleased to announce the sale of the former Camp Cromwell property, the largest remaining residential property, within the Martinsville section of Bridgewater and aggregating 100.42 acres. The purchaser was Somerset County and the property will be utilized for recreation and open space. The heavily wooded Camp Cromwell property is situated on Vosseller Avenue off Route 22 and has been owned by Boys Club of NY since 1985. Bridgewater’s Mayor Hayes says “… this is a major accomplishment for our residents in putting a significant chunk into our open space allocation”.
