David Greenman, Vice President of Retail Services has leased a 3,210 SF, former Bank of
America at an outstanding downtown location W. Allendale Ave and Maple Street, opposite the Allendale NJ Transit Train Station. The repurposing of the bank to a quality established restaurant group and is slated to open later this year. The property was sold in 2021 to a local investor represented by SRM.

Ideally located, the company is immediately off Springfield Road and approximately ½ mile North of Route 22 and 2 miles south of I-78 (Exit 49, Morris Avenue). The lease with Rise Against Hunger, an international hunger relief non-profit organization coordinates the packaging and distribution of food and other aid to people in developing nations. The lessee was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.

SRM announces 100% Occupancy within Multiple Clark Township Commercial Sites
