Brian Silbert  
President and CEO

As President & CEO of Silbert Realty & Management Company, Inc., Mr. Silbert provides the depth of knowledge and guidance that has made for the organization's success through his approximately thirty four years of extensive real estate experience. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker within the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the highly accomplished reputable professional has represented national and international retailers and corporations in their marketing programs resulting in the acquisition and disposition of real estate based upon close interaction with senior management leading to hundreds of successful transactions and development projects.

While interacting with other senior management within his organization, Silbert ensures the highly regarded property management division is keeping occupancy at maximum levels for its over five hundred commercial tenants and quality multi-family housing third party management assignments. Mr. Silbert is a recipient of numerous awards of excellence related to retail and mixed use development.

The company is a long standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and New Jersey Builder Association (NJBA), and has held various board positions within several such organizations. Consistently between 2008 through 2015, he has been the recipient of CoStar's Award of Excellence for retail transactions within New Jersey.


  David Marconi
Vice President Property Management

As Vice President Property Management, David has been a driving force in the success of Silbert Realty & Management Company, Inc. since joining the company in 2005. David was promoted to Vice President Property Management in 2009 and oversees the firm’s Property Management Department and personnel with over 1.5M square feet of retail/office, industrial and approximately 400 multi-family residential units. With his strong background in construction and revitalization, David facilitates all aspects of construction projects from structural modernization, demolition of Tenant units to building and capital improvements thus ensuring a reputation for optimizing projects.

He manages the firm’s in-house maintenance team, Lowsil Construction, which provides full service asset maintenance and tenant improvement services. As liaison with the leasing department, David nurtures and develops long- term Tenant and Landlord relationships minimizing re-leasing expenses and while keeping vacancies to a minimum. Recognized by his peers as a dynamic leader, David plays a key role creating synergies between leasing, architecture and construction management teams. According to firm president, Brian Silbert, "David has that old school work ethic and desire to execute on assignments while making his team look good! He brings to the asset and our department as a whole extensive facilities and construction insight which are invaluable in the successful management of real estate."


  Jessica Franco

Jessica joined the company in 2005 as Assistant Accounting Manager for the Executive Vice President and in 2010 was promoted to the position of Accounting Supervisor. Jessica directs and manages the company’s accounting departments where she is responsible for operations management of financial systems and maintains all accounting records for Silbert’s commercial and residential properties currently under its purview. She oversees all aspects of the company’s financial reporting, reviewing, and reporting for the Property Management division and is responsible for compiling portfolio financial statements for the various assets. According to Connee Padovano, "Jessica is able to multi-task with many assets and is always prepared to meet deadlines with reporting and budgets."


  Joseph Ferrante
Senior Property Manager

Joe joined the firm in 2011 and has been a key member by overseeing the company’s premier commercial assets. Joe joined the company with several years’ experience in property management along with hands-on in depth experience in construction as having worked for J Fletcher Creamer, a renowned commercial site contractor and as a previous owner of his own construction company. Joe has been a member of the Builders Association of Northern NJ (BANNJ) and a founding member of that organization’s Remodelers Council. Joe was also a Planning Board member within a northern New Jersey municipality and he holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Glassboro State College. We are fortunate to have such a conscientious and hardworking individual on our team.


  Brian Hayden
Managing Director, Property Management

Brian Hayden joined SRM as Property Manager in 2019 with 25 years’ experience in both construction and property management and having demonstrated a competency and “teamwork”, was promoted in March 2021 to Managing Director. Brian achieved his management experience in the commercial real estate industry having been employed at Levin Management Corp, where he was responsible for ten shopping centers including a 290,000 square foot outlet center and Simon Property Group, a public global leader in the ownership of premier shopping centers, where he was tasked to maintain some of their property assets. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management from Northeastern University. According to David Marconi of the firm, we are fortunate to have such a competent individual on our property management team.

  Mark S. Adler, Esq.
General Counsel

Mark Adler acts as the firms General Counsel.  Mr. Adler is an esteemed attorney with 37 years' experience in commercial litigation, real estate transactions, and landlord- tenant matters. Mr. Adler graduated from Hofstra Law School where he was a member of The Law Review, publishing an article on the federal Freedom of Information Act.  As a Municipal Court Judge, a former prosecutor, and a former partner in Adler & Stavros, a local law firm, Mr Adler brings a plethora of experience to SRM and we are pleased to have him as a member of our distinguished team.


  David A. Greenman
Senior Vice President, Retail Services Group

"With over 26 years in the commercial real estate industry, most of it involving retail leasing and sales, Mr. Greenman creates value in his projects by offering his clients a wealth of knowledge and unparalleled skills.  His market knowledge is often the key factor that sets his work above his peers and that knowledge combined with his work ethic results in timely and efficient execution of transactions" Mr. Greenman has successfully executed retailer account strategies including expansion and disposition and is a team leader with several accounts for the firm today while maintaining an active membership within the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Greenman, prior to joining Silbert Realty & Management Company, Inc.  In 2010 has held senior brokerage positions with CB Richard Ellis and Grubb & Ellis. Mr. Greenman, in addition to his real estate license, also holds a variety of Securities Registrations including a Series 7, Series 55, and a Series 63.


  Joel Tomlinson
Assistant Vice President, Retail Brokerage

Joel has been an active commercial real estate agent throughout New Jersey during his ten-year association with Silbert Realty & Management Company Inc.., and has consummated over $44M of leasing and sales activity. Currently leasing over 200,000 square feet on behalf of Agency Leasing projects in Central and Northern New Jersey.

Joel has worked primarily as a Landlord Representative in support of the retail markets; however, approximately 25% of Joel’s business is associated with office and industrial leases/sales along with various Tenant Rep accounts including: Citibank, Quiznos, Great Clips, Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies, SportsClips and Java’s Brewin’ As a result of his integrity, honesty and performance, Joel has effectively maximized client investment objectives, met commitments and maintained long standing relationships across all levels of organizations having received the Co-Star Award of Excellence for transactions in 2009 & 2010.


  Christian Harrington
Property Manager & Sales Associate

Since joining the company’s property management department in early 2019 and shortly thereafter having received his NJ Real Estate Salesperson License, Christian has embraced his responsibilities. He currently holds positions within the firm’s property management department and brokerage department. Christian’s role in property management includes overseeing 140K square feet of retail and office space in Northern New Jersey. This management experience aids his understanding of commercial leasing and sales through detailed market trends and analysis, existing tenant relationships, and lease negotiations. Christian holds a Bachelor's degree in History, with a focus in urban planning and design from Franklin & Marshall College. After graduating from F&M, he continued his education at Fordham University, studying commercial project and property management. We are very pleased to have such an ambitious person become a part of the SRM team.

  Camille Lascari
Senior Lease Administrator

Camille has been with the Team for seven years and her knowledge, leadership and work ethic have contributed greatly to the company’s award winning results. She received her Real Estate License in 2006 and oversees various areas of the organization’s Property Management playing a key role in maintaining tenant relationships while driving tenant retention lease renewals and the strong financial stability of Silbert’s portfolio.

Spanning over 15 years as a District Manager within the hotel industry for the Northeast and hotel development for distressed locations as well as new construction gives her a leading edge in maintaining the level of quality and excellence with all of the assets. Camille works in all aspects of real estate management; reporting, rent collections, evictions, vendor selection and supervision, tenant issues, and marketing while committed to developing Tenant and Landlord relations thereby facilitating immediate resolutions to Tenant/Owner issues. Her attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to view a property from an owner’s perspective has made her a valuable asset to this Real Estate Executive Team.


  Lori Griffith
Residential Property Manager

Born and raised in Marlton, NJ where Lori enjoyed her childhood raising and showing horses. After graduating from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, she began her business career. Since then, Lori has successfully enjoyed working in all aspects of residential property management for over 20 years, resulting in accolades from NJAA.

She handles day- to-day operations of multiple sights and coordinates in-depth marketing action plans for a region. Over the past six years Lori has successfully overseen the management of all assets of third party apartment housing within the Silbert Realty & Management Company, Inc. residential portfolio


  Joe Gangemi
Facilities Manager

Joe is in charge of all of the firm’s commercial assets facilities management with expertise in mechanical systems, overall routine and day to day project management for approximately forty commercial properties.
