TWO NEW TENANTS COMING TO THE CORNER VILLAGE AT WARREN

POPEYE’S COMING TO US ROUTE 9 MARLBORO TWP. THIS FALL!

Marlboro, Monmouth County NJ

Café Nune is a successful Dunellen based eatery owned and operated by Sarah Pemberton, a culinary graduate from New Jersey set to open her second location at the Shoppes at Branchburg, an SRM exclusively managed and leased property since its inception, located at 1190 Route 28/CR614, Branchburg NJ.

Café Nune will offer a healthy alternative for breakfast and lunch or anytime with a variety of salad, fruit bowls and smoothies, we believe this will be a great addition to the shopping center.  The store will be situated between Starbucks and Tru Salon & Spa and located directly across Raritan Valley Community College and adjacent World Class ShopRite shopping center.

Joyce Leake set to retire from Silbert Realty after 17 years!

Since 2001 Joyce has been the first person we saw each morning in the office.   She has proven to be an integral part of our team and has been instrumental in the success of Silbert Realty over the years.   According to Brian S. Silbert the firm’s President and CEO, she was always willing to help, she was very patient and kind in our busy office, while remaining steadfast in her job.  In addition to our staff, clients and property owners praised Joyce and were very appreciative of her efforts and looked forward to interacting with her.  Needless to say she will be sorely missed by all.

We wish Joyce the very best in her well-deserved retirement!!
