SRM announced that Franklin Commons, a 60,100 SF mixed-use commercial development anchored by CVS Pharmacy and Chase Bank leased originally through SRM and a prior owner, has once again been re-leased.    Joel Tomlinson, Assistant VP Retail Brokerage Dept successfully negotiated two new leases on behalf of the landlord for both the office and retail portions within each phase of Franklin Commons.   

Performance Rehabilitation & Regenerative Medicine has leased 6,300 SF in the 21,600 SF medical/professional building.  This will be the third location for this successful physical therapy practice and on track to open this fall.

Tomlinson has also leased 3,390 SF in the adjacent retail building to a new and exciting restaurant concept.  The experienced restaurant operators of a successful  Mediterranean concept have embarked on a different venue for Franklin Commons as their new restaurant specializes in fresh burgers, chicken and salads and is scheduled to open this summer!
