ICSC National Deal Making, December 8-9, 2014

This was the first time the ICSC scheduled the New York convention at the Javits Center and what a success it was.  Easy to make it from one meeting to another as everything was basically on one floor easy to get to each location.  To say the least we were VERY busy with many meetings our new booth was a major HIT and have to thank Chuck Walsh from CDC Corporate Design Concepts for making our new booth.  Check out the photos!

iPic to Open its First New Jersey Location at The Shops at Hudson Lights in Fort Lee, NJ

On behalf of iPic Entertainment, a Boca Raton, Fla.-based luxury movie theater and fine dining experience, Silbert Realty & Mgmt. Co. is pleased to announce that iPic has signed a lease to be the lead tenant at The Shops at Hudson Lights, the retail component of the new, one-million-square-foot, mixed-use Hudson Lights development located near the entrance to the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee, N.J. iPic will occupy approximately 39,000 square feet at Hudson Lights — being developed by Tucker Development Corporation in partnership with Ares Management and Kushner Real Estate Group – for its state-of-the-art eight-screen, 533-seat movie theater and award-winning Tanzy restaurant.

Presently under construction, Hudson Lights’ first phase will include approximately 143,000 square feet of retail space and 276 luxury apartments with numerous amenities for residents. An additional 201 residences, 50,000 square feet of retail space and parking, and a 175-room hotel are approved for the development’s second phase. The zoning for the site also affords the option for an office building of up to 430,000 square feet to be developed.  The retail component of Hudson Lights is being marketed exclusively by RKF.
