Brian Silbert, President & CEO has announced that his firm has achieved approximately 94% leased including preleasing of the 17,000 SF expansion to the existing King’s Supermarket anchored shopping center.  With only 4,300 square feet of brand new ground level retail remaining for lease on behalf of the longtime owner – Silbert client Bernardsville Centre, new national tenant leases include Chipotle Mexican Grill, Sherwin Williams, Cycle Bar and Kessler Institute plus several highly regarded complimentary regional retailers, thereby combining for an outstanding retail mix.

Among the most significant to the leasing efforts of Silbert is a long term lease extension with well known, quality supermarket anchor King’s, which has a proposed interior renovation planned.
